9/28/2019 警甴不合理搜查巴士兼刑事恐嚇 Police illegally searched a bus and criminally intimidated a bystander

Police are allowed to conduct a search inside a bus (which is a private property) only if they have reasonable beliefs that some people inside the bus are or will be committing a crime. When a bystander asked the police why they were conducting a search inside the bus, they could not provide any answer. These cops did not only search the bus, they were actually obstructing the sidewalk and obstructing another bus stop. Then a police officer refused to give the bystander his police ID number claiming that he had no number and he was a commanding officer. This was actually another violation of the law. Then the so-called commanding officer told the bystander he would arrest him if he "kept interfering with/harassing his colleagues". Obviously, the bystander could and did not interfere with or harass any police outside of the blockaded area. So, the commanding officer actually committed "criminal intimidation" against the bystander cause the right to speak is a basic human right. If a commanding officer is so ignorant of the law, one can easily imagine how bad those low level police can be.
