有人駕駛一部黑色房車駛向正在警署前面示威人士, 車內突然有人用煙花射向在場示威者.

事後有網民查出原來該部車的車主是南邊圍人, 經起底後發現車主羅偉清是南邊圍和勝和黑社會人物, 亦即是可能與何君堯有關.
