9/26/2019 尖沙咀匪鐵職員非法武力拘捕刑事傷人 An MTR worker arrested a civilian using illegal force in Tsim Sha Tsui

匪鐵內跳閘是民事違法行為, 匪鐵職員無權以武力拘捕跳閘者. 匪鐵職員以武力拘捕跳閘者不但是刑事襲擊, 同時觸犯非法禁錮罪. 

Jumping over a gate in an MTR station is a civil offense. The MTR worker has no right to arrest any gate jumper using force. Arresting any civil offender using force is not only a criminal assault, but also considered as illegal detention.
