警甴無理拘捕一名無辜患有唐氏綜合青年, 有社工要求幫忙, 卻被警甴推撞阻止.
A bunch of police arrest an innocent teenager with Down Syndrome. When a social worker asked to help the arrested, he was pushed by a police and was disallowed to help the arrested.
