警甴在炮台山暴打年青人至重傷, 假拘捕真打人, 並以"告阻差辦公"意圖刑事恐嚇記者, 嚴重妨礙新聞採訪自由. 該年青人被捕後仍然繼續被毆打及被刑事恐嚇.
