10/1/2019 荃灣警甴插贓嫁禍被槍傷少年 A policeman planted fake weapon next to a teenager gun shot victim in Tsun Wan

The teenager who was shot by a policeman was arrested after attacking another policeman using a white pvc tubing. When he fell to the ground. Still another policeman grabbed a long steel rod from somewhere else. Then he picked up the homemade shield of teenager. He carried both to the police car, but left the white pvc tubing on the ground. Obviously, he was trying to use the steel rod as a proof that the teenager could actually harm the other policeman when in fact the teenager was only carrying a pvc tubing.
